I'm having the same exact problem.  I kept a list of what I ascended so I wouldn't miss any factions, and it's also crediting me as one short.  

Banner Lord - Preserver

High Elves - Heiress

Sacred Order - Athel

Barbarian - Soulbound Bowyer

Ogryn - Rocktooth

Lizardmen - Gator

Skinwalker - Channeler

Orc - Galek (not Ultimate)

Demonspawn - Alure

Undead Horde - Frozen Banshee

Dark Elves - Steel Bowyer

Knight Revenant - Theurgist

Dwarves - Cudgeler

I've done these champions and the game is crediting me at 2/13. I've doing them more then once and even tried a few different champs on both PC and tablet and nothing has worked.

The same try some different champions from differents faction got always 2/13

I did it twice, but it does not pass the challenge for me.

Same problem 9/13

I did it twice. First time with uncommon and the second time rare. and nothing.

I am having the same problem, i have ascended all 13 factions 3 times but it still only showing 11 of 13,

Please help, my ascend stop at 7/13, I do excel & check but it always stuck at 7/13, should be at least 12/13, my game id is um35514820 | 34896736.

I'm having an issue with the Gold Battlepass Week 3 challenge "Ascend one champion from each faction". I've written down and took note Ascending one champion from each of the 13 factions. But nothing happened. So I cant finished the quest.
