Mahalo from cologne!

I have been missing the delivery of the weekly arena-loot for multiple times by now.

As soon as the week is over, I get my message as usual. I can see and click what i would get, even in detail if i wish to.

But as soon as i continue, i get nothing. There are many items where this isnt obvious, but today it has been very clear, due to the fact there should have been a blue skillbook and a void shard.

Since the number of both of them is still zero, there is no doubt or "maybe i didnt find it in my inventory".

The loot from last weeks wasnt very inportant for me, but in this case I am a bit frustrated, because I could use both of them very strongly.

It is a recurring problem, so please have a look at it.
