So as are others I'm experiencing the same issues, that have recently been addressed and compensation sent out in mass. With a few added issues.

1. I didn't receive the exact amount of compensation.. (wasn't overly concerned with current rate of compensation being sent out)

2. I can't get tech support pulled up, just sits in loading screen for eeeever... Which makes issue #3 extremely difficult to address.

3. Clan boss battles on normal registering extremely low ending dmg totals.. for example clan members with lower team power, on auto are doing triple the amount of dmg that my team is on auto or manual... Control tested it as the wife is in clan and went in on auto same time I did, same room...same lame results. Very odd as I've upgraded that particular team since the last clan boss battles in almost every way from gear to masteries. 

4. Did I really use 500 gems to open mine and gain 3 a day? This seems like I been hustled lol...
