In the description, the cloak of ages says that it applies 60% of the damage of the target to everyone. However when using it in battle, I've only see it dealing around 20% damage or less to everyone. For example, in a battle, I will see the hero do 10k damage to the target and then only 2k damage to the rest. My damage to both the target and everyone is critical (not sure about non critical damage as my hero have close to 100% crit rate).
