Step 1:  Battle Button

Step 2: Clan Boss

Step 3: Fight Clan Boss

Description:

I lost 2 keys per bug in the game. Yesterday around 5:20 pm, I went to fight against the Clan Boss Brutal and with 1 second of game the animation stopped and the game did not respond, having to close and reopen, which resulted in the loss of the first key.

today at 9:20 am I went to fight the Clan Boss in the normal way and as soon as I clicked on fighting the game closed without warning, which resulted in the loss of the second key. 

 PS: the in-game support doesn't work, it's just loading and doesn't change that.
