I have been attempting to access the in game support (creating a ticket) for AGES now and it is still not working. This is after posting in a community forum and receiving NO response.

I am having the following issues:

1. The support module is not working so I attempted to rectify issues through this forum (with no communication) 

2. My Clan Boss keys were lost (6) after the game failing to load the Clam Boss battle but taking my keys irrespective 

3. My inability to get my reward for linking my Plarium ID in game

4. The Nightmare Campaign now not recognising a 3* win when you beat stages with 2 OR FEWER champions

These issues need to be addressed especially as players part with hard earned money to continue to support the game and are currently not receiving anything for that support.

My support isn't working, either.

I am having the following issue:

When I set up multibattle attempts for dungeons, the first battle will complete and then kick me out to the summary screen, taking an attempt but not cycling to the next. This issue does not occur in campaign. Tested on dragon, ice golem, and minotaur. All 3 are the same. After the first battle, summary screen, no next battle, and a loss of an attempt. 

I Lost 2 keys too, when I'm going to open the support tab it's just "loading" infinitely ...
