Can anyone in support PLEASE HELP!!! I've opened 2 Tickets, No Response
Ok, so after the big update last week my account got deleted and I ended up loosing my heros and having to start over. I have gotten over that shock of loosing everything but I have 2 issues that remain and opening up tickets hasn't done anything (no response at all in nearly a week.) Here are my 2 issues:
1) I need to link my new account to my Amazon Prime (it keeps saying it was used by another account)
2) I am currently stuck on one of the really early Artifact missions (the one where you have to equip 6 offensive artifacts to a Rare ATK champion. The full text is "Equip a Rare ATK type Champion with 6 Offensive Artifacts of Level 4 or higher". I have tried everything and currently have all 6 level 4-5 offensive gear equipped on "Judge", who is a rare dark elf champion. The challenge, however, is stuck at 4/6. I've taken a couple pieces off and put them back on just to see if that helped, but it didn't (there goes even MORE silver....)
Please, can anyone help me? I even signed up for the battle pass but now I think that may have been a big mistake if I can't get support....
