Still only being given 55 multi-battles daily, Plarium customer service is non-existent

I have the raid card and should be receiving 100 daily.  Plarium, you are running the playbook to perfection on how not to provide good customer service.  I cannot in good conscience spend any further money with you until I see some customer commitment from you.  I hope any others that read this feel the same too.  I’m not hopeful however that I will see the customer commitment I expect and, as a result, will need to move on to a new game.

Also, I’m still not able to advance past Arbiter mission 269 even though I have several force champions ascended to level 6 already.

I am having the exact same issue with only getting 55 multi battles.


As for the level 6 force level champion you have to ascend one up to 6 star while on that mission in order to complete it.

Thanks MarkHunt, I did that also.  Ascended Brakus to level 6 and the mission is still stuck.

I'm having the exact same issue, and I'm also having no action being taken by Plarium support. I have cancelled the raid pass (although it will remain active for a couple of weeks) and if the issue is not resolved to my satisfaction over the next couple if days, I will move on to another game too. As it stands, I have stopped playing the game.


I reckon if you want to have support from Plarium, you need to be spending thousands on the game. Extremely poor customer service, especially after the dumpster fire that was the 1.13 drop. Online, I see many players crunching their champions and quitting the game for good. That'll be me next, if they don't fix this soon.
