first i want to say is that i am not the type of person to complain easily, i am very easy going and i always try to avoid conflict. after summoning over 200 ancient shards on a 2x rates a few monthes ago i thought it was very odd so i started keeping track of shards summoned and ammount of legendarys pulled. i have spent $150.00 us now every week for over 3 monthes now, i just had a summoning session which i did not add in to this but before the summoning session i had summoned a total of over 750 shards, some void, some ancient, some sacred. almost all shards were pulled on 2x events. i am past 800 shards summoned now and i still have not gotten 1 single legendary charcter. given that most of them were summoned on double rates its more like 1400 shards. now i do believe in bad luck, but this is almost statisically impossible at this rate. can any game master please look into my account and make sure something isnt wrong? i feel like i want to just start playing the game and just not summon shards anymore but if thats the case the game is going to start getting really boring. im not asking for a free legendary im asking that someone look into my account and please make sure theres nothing wierd going on with my account.
