good morning I pray that the error will be solved before the end of x2 since otherwise it would seem a great punishment for a game failure.

 I have been months to search these 2 sacred fragments and when I have gone to open them the first one has opened without problem (tyrael) but the second one has not been opened correctly due to a game problem, I started to have to reconnect Due to a ingame messsage after i pressed the open shard button (bug)....and when I did manage yo reconecg the fragment I had disappeared and I had no new loot among my champions . Pls solve this problem with my fragment look or with a new fragment
