A few noticeable issues post and just prior to 1.3 release. The main one I doubt you do anything about but I have one of my main champions just gone. Like Stephen king Langoliers gone... to answer the Ennis question no I did not eat him or bring him to the tavern. I’m quite sure of this because I assumed an event upcoming and I have been waiting for tavern work mostly. He still shows in my index as I owned him but I have searched everywhere possible and I cannot find my skullcrusher since I have mortar I do not use him all that often for Clare and Boss etc. just in the arena and most importantly in the faction fights so I don’t know the exact day he went missing but when I went to do my faction runs there was a giant hole in my roster. I doubt after giving your good friend a Draco you will help me with this matter but maybe a little advice as to how I can avoid it in the future it would be greatly appreciated.

Next we have the reward system being broken I would say a conservative number not exaggerating 50% of battles right now and in a frozen client ultimately crashing with no new rewards to be seen upon login. I assumed this was a visual glitch so I monitored closely item counts and sure enough absolutely not getting rewards from these battles. If you can see the amount of energy I purchased recently and how much I’ve blown through it’s quite frustrating to get it again be out of energy and know that I very nearly half of it was spent on absolutely nothing but watching the game freeze and a clan Bosque does not compensate for that. Next I’m assuming because the battle pass is available that there are no offers available like usual? Or is this just an Error for me? I’m very near to the line of giving up I’m enjoying when I get to play and when it works you have a good product sadly it’s less often than you would think that those two are true. Several times a day warnings pop up screwing up my auto battles saying the server is going down for yet another repair stole out crashes wasting energy no rewards at the end of it lost. Boss keys and one of my main characters what am I doing wrong or what do I need to do different to protect myself against things like this?

It’s really need some help here I had a billing issue when I first started actually three of them and I eat that cost with no response from the support team I hope this doesn’t end up like one of those I tried to page through the end game system and I will attach a photo if possible to show you that it does not load and you’re not able to do that right now. Lastly not sure if it’s just me but another freeze seems to be happening on artifact enhancement. Seems the graphic continues to play but money stops coming out and it kind of speeds up and then crashes the game.

Next time you go out for food imagine the waiter comes over right after they give you your meal and you take a couple bites and you’re enjoying and they ripped half of it off the plate throw it in the garbage you’re still hungry so you buy some more and they do it again wouldn’t you hope that’s the end of day someone will bring you some food? Sorry to be that guy but there’s got to be some integrity somewhere and somebody hopefully will read this and help.
