Title: Battle Pass "Upgrade a Weapon to Level 8" Daily Mission won't tally when weapon is upgraded

Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 8;BlueStacks (problem on all devices)

OS: Windows 10

WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: Go to Champions, select artifacts, upgrade an item to level 8

Step 2: Check missions status and it remains 0/1

Description:

I cannot pass the daily reward for Upgrade a Weapon to Level 8 for Battle Pass.
