Used multibattle and autosold 5* or lower. Can confirm I got multiple 5* items that autosold, can confirm because of dragon tournament and the points awarded at the end of each round.

After using a ton of energy and confirmed multiple 5* items, mission progress is at 0/15 still.

Try to relog, the game has been experiencing issues after the update.

Artifacts autosold do not count for progress on any missions from what I've seen.
