Did you tried to uninstall reinstall may use vpn?

So I uninstalled and reinstalled Plarium Play, logged in and tried IG again.  I was very happy that my first attempt went through.  However, I tried again, on a different stage, and it crashed again:

Try playing on a mobile device see if that helps.

So after trying things for a while, it seems that this ONLY happens to dungeons that I currently have missions on, and it happens on EVERY platform I have tried.  Plarium Play on my PC, Bluestacks, and my iphone.

It doesn't happen every single time, I was able get through a couple of missions, but now I'm once again stuck, I'm on the Dungeon mission to get 5 superior potions from the Magic Keep.  I've only managed to make it through the dungeon twice without crashing, in about 10 attempts.  

Cycled back around to the Magic Keep, which my current mission is to win 5 superior potions from, and it's still doing it.  Can you PLEASE just unstick my account or something?  See the error below, you can see the game is 1.13.7, and you have all the error information you need.  As I stated before, it happens on Plarium Play, mobile app, Bluestacks, it doesn't matter what platform it still happens.
