I just certainly got 5 Greater Spirit Potions for the relative progress mission and they did not count. The counter stayed at 1/5.

It was on stage 12 of the Spirit Keep.

I play on the Plarium Play application on PC (Windows 10)

I pressed Battle > Dungeons > Spirit Keep > Battle (on stage 12)

OK so check this out.

The greater potions do not count but the smaller potions when they add up, they count.

I just got 3 greater potions and my progress got from 1/5 before I started farming to 3/5...
