His a3 has two bugs :
1. He won’t put true fear on any of enemies under block damage buff.
2. He only place decrease spd on just one enemy under shield buff while the enemy team has more than two under shield buff.

I can confirm a2 is bugged. I was quite excited to try him in clan boss for his hp burn, and though the clan boss always had 4 or more debuffs, it never applied the burn effect. I even checked by having DIFFERENT debuffs vs just mainly poison stacks, and still no effect. In fact, it never even said "resisted" for that matter.
