I have also had the problem above where you start the boss battle and before u finish someone else kills him and you receive NOTHING for scoring the points you did score. Not our problem that someone else finished him in the mean time so we should still be rewarded. I’ve had that happen soooooooo many times now it’s stupid. And not having anyone to be able to chat with about it through the games technical issues is absolutely ridiculous. There should be someone at all times you can email ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS so that problems can be taken care of immediately! My issue is that I was fighting the clan boss and the game decided it was just gonna shut down. So now I’m out the clan boss key and the points I had scored on him obv now are completely gone too. And of course when you restart the game they ask if you’d like to send the bug to the tech support and you do but WHERES THE HELP NOW? Just sending them the problem dosent get you any results on getting the problem fixed. I want my key back for this time and all the other keys I’ve lost because of dumb shit the creator dosent bother to fix. This game is great but tech support......... worst tech support for any game over ever played. NEVER have I played a game that you can’t get ahold of a real person in game when there’s an issue. I can’t even email these people to let them know my problem! This needs to be fixed ASAP! Is getting old and I’m sure I’m not the only person who’s willing to say fuck this game if somehh th ing dosent change. Ok so now I’m updating my post because this is the second time today now I’ve been kicked from a boss battle. Been playing the game all day no problems even restarted the game before I did the next boss battle and still got kicked and game reset completely. This is 2 keys I’ve lost and all the points now so now I can’t get any bonuses from the boss battles. NEED SOME OF MY RESOURCES BACK! OK SO NOW WERE ON DAY 2! This has been 3 times in 2 days I’ve had the game shut down on me while playing the clan boss. It was even a key I PURCHASED! I even tried fighting a different clan boss. Got 2 fights in so to be careful I reset the game before I started the third and sure enough..... game reset and booted me again! When are we going to fix problems or start refunding people what they’ve lost? Worst customer service in a game EVER! I’ve played ALOT of games and most of them have customer service that allows you to speak with a representative immediately AND get back resources ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS! Please palarium fix your shit! Oooookkkk so this is the 4th time in 3 days now that I’ve been kicked from a clan boss battle. Now I would generally just blame it on the “server maintenance” that’s been going on literally ALL DAY! But I know better now that again it’s just the crap customer service from plarium. Shame someone made such a good game but now can’t back up there mistakes...... so again guess that’s 4 boss keys which all of them I purchased with REAL money, which really sucks cause that’s a lot of prizes I could have won from the clan boss feature which we all know you really need cause they don’t give out shit on a case by case basis...... poor guy who posted before me still hasn’t heard anything back from plarium about his problems and like he said EVERY ticket u put into customer service in the game gets and auto response to try and give u a general fix for specific problems which none of the suggestions help by the way, and then yes all tickets get dismissed and without there being a resolution to any problem. They tell you to post to this discussion board but then no one responds back to. 

I am guessing that no one cares to talk to us about the problems the game has. I've put tickets in that were just dismissed without explanation.
