Could you record a short video from this?

So I think I might have narrowed down the issue. Yesterday, I reset his masteries and now it is no longer failing to grant an extra turn on kill with the A2. So possibly a certain mastery I had him using was causing the issue. In the support tree I had Steadfast, Exalt in Death, Rapid Response, Lore of Steel, and Spirit Haste. I swapped from the support tree to defense, so I’m no longer using any of those. In the offense tree, the masteries I was using were Deadly Precision, Keen Strike, Shield Breaker, Whirlwind of Death, Ruthless Ambush, Wrath of the Slain, Cycle of Violence, Kill streak, Blood Shield, and Warmaster. Out of the those, I’m still using Deadly Precision, Keen Strike, Shield Breaker, Ruthless Ambush, Cycle of Violence, and Blood Shield so I don’t think any of those were an issue unless coupling them in a certain was what did it. Maybe that information can help.
