WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: go to Magic Keep (easier to test with high level)

Step 2: select Rhazin Scarhide to go fight, make him reach the boss

Step 3: keep an eye on Magic Keep boss's Buff when Rhazin using his A1, again and again like Rhazin remove the boss buff for 10 time

(the order of buffs cast by boss always be Shield -> +50%Atk -> +60%Def -> +30%Speed)

Description:

Rhazin Scarhide skill. 

Attack 1 enemy 3 times. Has 20% chance to removing 1 random buff from the target

It should be random as description, like Mystic Hand A2 for example. not the lastest one that provided to that champion.

Also every hit of Bone Sword has a chance to remove a buff. 
so the description should be "Each hit  has 20% chance to removing 1 andom buff from the target
