Did you tried with reinstall ? Where are you playn ?Reinstall to stop crashing or stop losing the key when it does crash? Crashes are common game wide and not just for me. And you question where am I playing. What does that have to do with it? I play on earth, I play in USA, I play at work, I play at home, I play in my bedroom, I play in my den. Do you need to know what I am wearing when I play?
I understand your job as a moderator so you may need technical details in order to kick the issue over to tech support. Or do you have that power?
If so, I play on 2 devices. iPad Air and iPhone 7 Plus. The game doesn’t crash on the iPhone but does crash on the iPad. It is very inconvenient to switch between devices to do attacks. I have suggested in the past that there may be something in the game programming that causes issues with supporting iPads.
So if you could pass this on to someone that can troubleshoot the issue, I would appreciate it.
UPDATE: I just reinstalled and it crashed as soon as I finished a faction battle.

DOH! I said iPad Air. Update version is 12.4.4 Doubt very seriously it is a memory issue. iPads don’t come in versions like iPhones. There’s no such thing as iPad 5, 6, 7, etc. What else ya got??? You really don’t strike me as a tech type when it comes to Apple

I asked your airpad version coz raid uses a lot of memory and if your device have not enough or just run of this app possible to close. And i wanna ask your case from our support.
I have plenty of memory. I don’t even have a SIM card so phone stuff doesn’t clutter it. It’s a 32GB with about 20GB used if that is what you are asking.Its looks okey i mean your RAM of your ipad and the ipad version.
