on the 4th/5th of January 2020 after having a lot of issues with the game (disconnects, errors, restarts) i noticed 1 of my main characters was missing. A level 50 Reliquary Tender, fully geared, lvl 5 ascension. The character was locked as i was using her both in dungeons and in faction wars. Please return the said champion to my account as it is one of my best support characters in which i have invested a lot of time and resources. Profile name is "PaganG" player ID is um23435367 | 23038634. I have already submitted a bug report via the in-game interface on the 5th. Please address this issue.
