My characters just glitched on the 'dead' enemies and never continued forward and just ran in place

Hy, for the start i want too say dat is a good game but i have been playng this game for 6 monts aprox , and i want too say dat is not fair becose i open'd a lot of sacred shard's and nothing, no legendary and only stupid heroes from sacred shard's , what game is this? Do you think is fair ?   i have recomanded this game too my friends and others , but is not ok too cheat like this on people's who spend the time and money in your game . Hope too change something for the players who spend the time on your game .
