Can't collect Amazon Prime Reward 12/30/19
Device: Google Nexus 5X.
Build: Latest retail version.
Impossible to collect the second reward from AmazonPrime partnership (700 energy, Silver), the reward claim button appear still unlocked, the following methods have been used to try to fix the issue:
1) Log out and log in the Amazon Prime account from the game application.
2) Restating the game, restarting the phone.
3)Logging out the prime account from all other devices, (1 laptop, 1 tower pc, the account was and is not connected to other smartphone)
4)Claiming the reward from the amazon website, (the reward appear still locked in the amazon website too.)
None of this worked.
Please, let us know if you are aware of this, or aknowledge the issue if it was still unreported.
