WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: Go to Clan Boss battle

Step 2: Select CB difficulty and begin battle with Tayrel on the team

Step 3: Use Tayrel's 'Humble' skill each round to apply 'Decrease Attack' debuff

1. Round 1 -  'Decrease Attack' applied with a counter of  '2'
2. Round 2 -  'Decrease Attack' reduces to '1' on boss turn
3. Round 2 - Tayrel reapplied  'Decrease Attack' but the graphic did not update it's position (slide to the right) in the overall order of debuffs, but the counter did increment up to '2'
4. Round 3 - 'Decrease Attack' reduces to '1' on boss turn
5. Round 3 - Tayrel reapplied 'Decrease Attack' and this time the graphic did update it's position (it did slide to the right) in the overall order of debuffs, and the counter did increment up to '2'

Description:

Tayrel's use of 'Humble' is not consistently updating the order-in-which-applied consistently.

Hmm.  So not resetting the "order in which applied" when a new buff or debuff extends the prior one is as intended?  This makes no sense.  To clarify, on some applications it both increments the debuff counter, and reorders as the most recent, but in other applications it only increments the counter, and does not reorder as the most recent debuff.  THIS IS INCONSISTENT!
