В описании к герою на втором навыке написано:
А2 Attacks 1 enemy. Decreases the Turn Meter by 50%.
Damage based on: [ATK]
Тестировал героя, этот навык А2 не всегда срабатывает, понятно что может бить по героям магии слабым ударом,
но при ударе остальных обычными либо критическими также не срабатывает уменьшение шкалы скорости(приэтом не пишется что сработало сопротивление)
Поэтому поясните это ошибка в описании или есть какойто особый алгоритм срабатывания навыков без шанса(на что в теории не влияет меткость)
The description of the hero on the second skill says:

I tested the hero, this A2 skill does not always work, it’s clear that it can hit the heroes of magic with a weak blow,
but when the rest are hit by normal or critical, the decrease in the speed scale does not work either (it does not say that the resistance worked)
Therefore, explain this error in the description or is there some special algorithm for triggering skills without a chance (which in theory is not affected by accuracy)
