The skeletor chase is running until 7/9/2026

4 days ago I got to the avatar reward (super excited for it btw) and as soon as I clicked on it to claim it, it changed from the avatar into a gem icon and now says i claimed 50 gems. 

I sent an e-mail to customer support who claimed the colaboration ended and it was posted on the offical discord that the avatar would be changed into gems. 

I then searched the discord and found nothing of the sort. I took screen shots and sent them as a reply, then another day goes by and there is another event for he-man boosted summoms.

I reply yet again saying if the skeletor chase is ongoing until 7/9/2026, there is acurrently a new he-man chase from shards, and there is nothing on the discord like you said there was can you please tell me how the colaboration has ended and or where it says i shouldnt get the skeletor avatar and why it cant be added to my account because this seems like a bug and or false advertisements. 

its been several days with no reply... 

What should I do now?!
