I had specially prepared heroes made of particles. How can I use them if the portal doesn't work? How can I summon them????

It all started when clan wars bugged out and there was no opponent; the next day, the particle portal broke.

Clan wars are broken for the entire clan, and particle effects for the entire clan — not just me. You can look up any player by the clan name, and everyone in the clan is having this issue.

Thanks for the standard tech support response — «clear your cache and reinstall the game» — but is there an actual solution? That doesn’t help. This issue affects my entire clan, so it’s clearly not just a local problem!

I have tried:
- clearing the cache, uninstalling the game, and reinstalling it.
- I created a new account to test it. I logged in. The summoning portal is working. I cannot reproduce the issue on the new account. It doesn't work on my account.
-a fellow member left the clan and came back. the problem remained, it didn’t help.
