i placed 1st in the recent champion training tournament after the tournament was over i clicked the red light to collect the rewards i didn't get the x6 legendary artifact box in my inbox?

so i checked in my artifacts storage and the only items there were this 6 star legendary set which i think i already owned because the chest and the boots are both lvl 8. 

i don't know where else to look for the x6 star legendary artifact box? any help would be very much appreciated thank you.
