On Ram form when working on Trial #3 Easy, I had the tallied damage reset on me mid form. My hunch is that it was when Ninja killed themselves and then was revived. I'd be surprised and disappointed if this was the way it was meant to work.
are you positive you did the damage over 3 turns? otherwise it resets
