I have same issue. What a waste for such a powerful ability. And also, hp burn and true fear sometimes dont occur properly even when elder skarg hit with all 3 extra attacks. Please fix that.

We have not seen this fixed. Elder Skarg is never using his Hunt the Marked ability against bosses at all, for me. No matter what equipment.

There is another forum post where the player stated that he only uses it if he's able to finish off / execute the boss completely. I thought maybe it was just that he doesn't use it if the boss is immune to HP Burn or True Fear... but he should anyway because the damage is very strong.

My experience has been that he never uses this A2 / Hunt the Marked at all against a boss. You can test this easily in Arcane Keep. This is a major failure because the attack has massive damage potential.

I don't think this has been fixed at all, can it please be fixed soon now? There have been posts on this for six months.

I've been using my Elder Skarg a lot and have yet to see his HP burn or true fear actually active against opponents that have 4+ buffs/debuffs. This is disappointing as it is my first legendary and without that his usefulness is severally restricted. I will use rares instead until this is fixed. smh.
