Did you tried to unistall reinstall? Use vpn or mobile net? 

I am not paying additional for a VPN or mobile net.  

I'm trying to participate in the current events and due to the game crashing, I will most likely not be able to achieve what I set out to.  I'm currently a F2P player, and will remain a F2P player seeing how this game has been unstable and customer support is non-existent.  I've spent good amounts of money on other games and I have a decent amount of disposable income, but that won't be spent on this game, and I probably won't invest as much time into this game in the future.

Honestly, I feel insulted by the lack of attention given after my numerous attempts.  

every time I enter the Clan boss I always lose a key. if you are happy the character I think we have lost over 10 keys. So it means that we have lost items and experience.
