Title: Gala Longbraids only uses her A2 attack (Fearless Aggression) while under another character's shield buff, she will not use it under her own shield which she gains from her A1

Device: Android (Moto Z2 Play) and Windows PC via Plarium client

OS: Android 8.0.0 (ODS27.76-12-42-14) and Windows 10 (10.0.18362)

WTR (way to reproduce an issue): Run Gala Longbraids with either a ton of speed or a relentless set and hope to get lucky with extra turns. Use A3 (top priority for auto), then use A1 to self-buff with a shield. If she receives another turn before the enemy, turn Auto on. She will not use her A2, even if it's off cooldown. Next, place her in party with a character who can cast shields or wearing the Shield set. If she's on auto, she will use her A3, then her A2 as expected due to the shield buff.

Description: Gala Longbraids' AI does not seem to recognize her shield when choosing conditions under which to use her A2 when Auto combat is turned on. She will only use A2 when under the effect of an allies shield. Alternative issue is that her shield does not trigger the additional defense penetration from her A2 as intended.
