Step 1: Place Dark Elhain in battle formation;
Step 2: Attack enemy at disadvantage; weak hit does not reduce max hp.
Destroy max hp is not listed as debuff (should not be affected by weak hit no debuff action?) and should be applied from actual damage dealt after shield/Def/etc reductions.
