Issue: After completing challenges 9.5, 9.6, and 9.7, I have equipped the 4th Champion with a full set of (3) 2-piece artifact sets of 5* and 6* as directed, but not only does it not complete, but the quest progress also says 0/4 instead of 3/4 as it should have before I even started.

I've attached screenshots of my completion of the prior challenges, this challenge, and the four Champions as I have them equipped in my roster right now.

I searched other threads for a bug like this on 9.8 going back several years, and noticed some talking about how the artifacts are supposed to be level 12 or higher. But the prior steps did not request that, and this one does not say so.

Before I waste a ton of Silver upgrading artifacts I do not care about and cannot recoup the cost, can I get a clarification that this is a Display bug or something worse? Thank you!
