This pretty much happens every single time I get a chest now.  I fire up the game and get shown the Gold Tier Chest.  There are usually a few artifacts, a blue shard, a skill book (usually rare) and about 60 gems.  The banner says "Tap To Continue" along the bottom. I tap the screen and the overlay disappears.  The rewards however, never arrive. They are not in my inventory or added to the game in any way.  They're just gone and its been this way for weeks now.  **Also note, I have never once received a reply to any bug report, never once had any double credit card charge reversed or been awarded any lost shards (including 2 lost sacred shards) that just disappear when the game hangs during a summoning.  I have spent more than anyone should on this game and would appreciate...just once...at least an official reply telling me to go pound sand. I have made dozens of reports since I started playing and never once has plarium fixed anything for me.
