Yesterday, I was upgrading a piece of gear and the game glitched and showed an error had occurred. However, the game still took my 30,000+ silver for payment of the upgrade and the upgrade never happened. The same thing happened today, only this time, I was upgrading a chest piece, from 0-16, and the game took my 1.1 million silver and did not upgrade the piece to level 16.....another error. So, now I'm out 1.13 million silver in 2 days and the pieces of gear that I was trying to upgrade have still not been upgraded.
