Losing 4* food when upranking in Tavern

SInce last Saturday after upranking food from 3* to 4*, it disappears completely from my roster. 

Plarium won't take me seriously, saying it is impossible for them to disappear and suggestion that I am just not looking hard enouth. Complete rubbish!

I have video evidence to support this. It is a serious bug and I want my 4* chars retrurned!

Did you send that evidence into support?

As of now, there's no known bug with what you're refering to so this does mean the odds are that there's some misunderstanding going on here.

Yes, I have sent ALL evidence in. I just get a basic dismissal each time telling me it is not possible, when my roster clearly has them ALL missing. It is very obvious that I have lost several 4* champions, they are NOT in my roster or vaults or anywhere else within the game. They have just gone!! There is no misunderstanding from my end, it is just that Plarium won't take it seriously. I am now too nervous to attempt to upgrade any champions beyond 3* as they may disappear again and Plarium will keep insisting that these invisible champs are still there when clearly they are NOT.

Thiis is terrible customer service.
