quest name / fully upgrade a rare champions skills
I took the clan quest, did it, enchanted all the skills on the champion, and the quest didn't show as done .
name is Cica Pica 37 lvl .characters is Adjudicator lvl 40.

You'll have to open a support ticket. I'm not aware of there being a bug with this quest and support will be able to see what's gone on with your account which will let them better help you.
good, but I don't know how to do it. the problem is simple. I spent 6-7 rare skill books. full encnated champions skill and quest is still open.

Understood. Incase you do want to open a ticket you can either click your avatar in game, go to info tab then click support or go here: https://plarium.com/en/support/
Sadly we can't affect matters like this via the forum, so they'd need to look if you do decide you want that.
