Alika's A3 "Attacks all enemies. Has a 35% chance of increasing the cooldowns of all enemy skills by 1 turn" is not working properly. Enemies that fail to resist can still use their skills that should all be on cooldown. I recorded a quick round to show this. I use her A3 in Arena and land it on both Preserver and Vizier but both of them still use their A3 right after.
