Is client server sync working?
On a coupple of days:
- got missing energy (close to 400 energy) twice
- bought a pack that doesn't even exist ingame (divine lifesteal - received regular lifesteal and store then changed it's name to '%undefined%' and '%empty%') have screenshot of the later;
- lost a series of other stuff, some of them from the claim bag
All these point out to a sync problem beetween client and server, especially when phone changes network. If this is the case it can be a huge problem, given its a mobile app...
Also, having support tickets say 'this is a no-reply cathegory' can be a deal breaker for many paying costumers. Is there a live support option anywhere?
