Is client server sync working?

On a coupple of days:

- got missing energy (close to 400 energy) twice

- bought a pack that doesn't even exist ingame (divine lifesteal - received regular lifesteal and store then changed it's name to '%undefined%' and '%empty%') have screenshot of the later;

- lost a series of other stuff, some of them from the claim bag

All these point out to a sync problem beetween client and server, especially when phone changes network. If this is the case it can be a huge problem, given its a mobile app...


Also, having support tickets say 'this is a no-reply cathegory' can be a deal breaker for many paying costumers. Is there a live support option anywhere?

By the way, Quests, Challenges and Missions claims seem to be especially affected by this problem. And client side always ends up beeing on the loosing side

Hi

I never had a same problem like you posted above. There are no sync issues between game server and client, this isn't how the system functions.You cannot lose resources because of synchronization issues as all data is stored on the server side. If you faced any issue sure contact with us.

Already did :)

After that i lost close to 400 energy out of thin air. It did coincide with phone jumping from 1 wifi network to another.

Just to help you identify a potential problem here are the steps: claimed play time energy, dailly energy and did a few artifact challenges then did minotaur x2 and energy went down to 1.

The wi-fi jump was after minotaur second play.
