I completed the arbiter mission and it currently shows 61/60 and the main screen is telling me to pick up the arbiter champion but it wont let me. It shows a checkbox on arbiter but I dont have her. Also wont let me move on to Ramantu missions until I pick up the reward. Seems I'm stuck.

Timeline can definitely vary but if you haven't heard anything back yet can you shoot me your UM ID and ticket # in DM and I'll see if I can find anything out.

what you're describing would be an entirely different problem and again, stuff like screenshots of where you are in the mission chain would be helpful.
