I have tried this 10 times now each time using different ATK type champions of different grades and also using different sets of artifacts.
Equip 2 ATK champions with Level 12+ Gauntlets, Boots, and Chestplate with ATK% as their primary states. Please help....

I'm still working on this and now have tried it over 50 different atk champions using different gear each time going out and farming for the gear to put on and then raise it up to level 12.

You need to gear atk champ with % atk in primary stat. You need to do this after you got this mission.
