Logged in and my arena chest is not there. Hit Gold 4 a few days ago and was excited to see what my Gold chest would look like. Looks like I might never know seeing as it never appeared when the week ended. Please help me get my chest Plarium

OS: iOS
1:I was already logged into the game
2:clicked our to read email message
3:clicked back in saw the arena chest then game reset
4:when game reloaded the arena reward chest wasn't there and no rewards were added to account. I am level IV arena player level 59!
That’s the best description I could provide for how it happend. I waited a few hours to see if it would appear later but no luck, unfortunately I dont have a picture.
This is the first report I’m making about this but it has happened on a couple of other occasions.
Any assistance I can provide would be greatly appreciated!
