I never heard abt this type of problem. YOu dont have any error screen from windows ?
No I do not have a windows error just that the game freezes and when the freezes stop there's the connection problem message check your connection then at this level I have to restart my dial-up modem for i to get played Ben la temps sends you this message the launcher froze I do not know why yet I have a windows 10 and a GTX 1070 and 12GB Ram graphics card and SSD because I'm a gamer!
There is also the problem that I opened a request but no one answered me about the red dot that indicates if there is new equipment or accessor or glyph it all the time red I do not know why!
I just lost a boss key again because of a problem!
