I have tried to join a clan and when I send the application message it says application limit has been met. I have tried multiple clans with only one or many members.

I have tried to create a clan and it says that the clan name is already taken. I would search the name and no clan would populate for the names I tried. To make sure the search was working I typed in one of the clan names that I tried to join and it found it.

Any ideas on if this is a bug or if I am doing anything wrong?
