Hey guys, so trying to figure out what's the deal with this blessing as sufficed to say, it does not seem to work as described, or rather, it doesn't work as described all the time. 

The following are a few situations encountered seemingly at random in any content, not reproducible at large.

1) Target is below threshold from single hit, reaper does not activate

2) Target is below threshold, reaper activates and inflicts 0 damage, no number even appears

3) Target is WAY below threshold, reaper does not activate

4) Targets are below threshold from AOE, no reaper activation 

5) Targets are below threshold from AOE hit, reaper activates and kills X, hitting 0 on others, no numbers are shown 

In all cases there is no additional damage proc involved, it's a single hit as additional damage has been noted to screw with skills and blessings (Eg: Inithwe block revive does not block if the target is killed by a WM/GS/PT/LO proc).

The 0 damage hits are fairly confusing as the description clearly states "the reaper will ignore DEF as well as all damage reduction skills, effects and buffs", thus shouldn't it always do some damage?

Is this blessing bugged? Or what else could be going on?
