Have you checked your inbox, in game?

Have you made sure it's not still in the store and able to collected?

I checked my inbox in game and every section  and tab of the shop and couldn't find it. I looked in the summon portal to see if the shards showed up there and they weren't there either. Just dissappeared.

I'd open a support ticket either through in game or here: https://plarium.com/en/support/

I haven't heard of any issues with the gift but support should be able to shed light on it.

if you've checked in the places they should be and they're not there, please contact support and see if they can offer clarity on the situation.
