Unfortunately this is an ongoing bug for some players but support has been made aware of the issue.

This happened to me on Tuesday 20 Februay (England). I picked 2 quests and did not check to see if they had moved to the bottom of the list against my user name. Did the quests and checked back - only to see the Clan Quests page exactly as if I had never used it. I reinstalled the game onmy PC 2 or 3 times in the following hour and after an update from Plarium installed (these things seem to occur when an update is near) I was able to chose again. Only thing is by then another clan member took my Expert level quests....and I lost 400 points.

Her's another bug: The points running total is not updating when I increase artifact levels of gear for the Rathalos souls event. Tested it on several pieces of gear at 4 star and 6 star. It had been working up to about 10:00 am this morning (Saturday 24 Feb).

Unfortunately Clan Quests seems to be an ongoing issue for some folks that will need to be fixed via the next update (8.30)

With regards to Artifact Enhancement: are you upgrading and not receiving points at 4/8/12/16? have you tried restarting/giving the game time to update your totals?

I'm skeptical/curious of this being a bug because it would be extremely rare. If you're extremely certain about it I'd open a ticket given that this would be a very rare bug from what I can tell. 

Today at aprox 15:15 (Sunday 3 March 2024) Raid stopped running and I got the good old retry log in message which I see oftern usually around the time Plarium sends us another update. After doing this I was taken immediatley to the log in page and had no choice in redeeming the log in award of 300 energy. The thing is I was in the process of allowing my energy to replenish as I used about 15 thousand of it up doing the Blademaster Tournament/Event - my first ever in over one year of playing - to get the Rathalos 4 star soul which I did, hoo rah; and the CvC tournament/event. [By the way Plarium please give them just one umbrella name! Challenges, perhaps?] Now I will miss out on the free energy I would have got had I waited the usual 6 hours. Please Plarium can you put all our log in energy awards into the inbox and let us decide when the optimal time is to use them? Thanks in advance.

This one sounds more like a suggestion (rather than a bug)- which are better done in Game Discussion =)

That said, this is unfortunately a change to energy (and how the login rewards function) I don't see happening given that they haven't changed yet but that's a request I can pass along.
