I found an unusual thing in cb with altan .if altan use the second skill and achieve a weak attack(white figure),the increase DEF buff of all allies will fail. please check it and fix it!

This happens everywhere.
Moreover when an enemy is killed, only the DEF buff is put on the team sometimes; there is no shield at all (I think this happens when GS or WM trigger on the A2. This would mean that the damages of those masteries are not strictly integrated in the A2 so that the shield can be put )

Yes i Also have found this to happen / Still happening. I put my argument forward on discord and they tried to tell me it was part of the affinity weakness (weak hit). But I argued back that that only applies to debuffs. Their table clearly shows debuffs Vs enemy only, not buffs on your team. Then to further my argument I showed them that the way it words it keeps the Armour Buff separate from the attack itself. They said it was part of the attack. So i pointed out that Valkyrie should then suffer the same fate with her A2 when she gets a weak hit. Worded the same, attacks first then a full stop, Then buffs the team after the same way Altan does. they stopped responding!!!

No increase def buf on the weak hit...
Placed a vid on the youtube to highlight it
as far as I understand, this issue was highlighted at least 6 months ago and nothing is yet done.

I also have had this problem. I have also seen when he one shots a mob a shield is not put up.
