As title states. Purchased xp potion with gems, consumed purchased Xp potion from mail. Commenced grinding, few hours later noticed no Xp icon colored in.  Bought another xp potion with gems, consumed second xp potion from mail, same issue not activating. Message sent to support in game, but sadly the response was “this issue is not worth a response, good luck and thanks for letting us know”  

Please tell me this is not plarium’s response for this issue?
